Tessa Caballero Participates in 47th Annual Candlelight Carol Service at Hendrix College

Tessa Caballero of Austin will perform with the Hendrix College Choir in Candlelight Carol Service performances Thursday, Dec. 2 - Saturday, Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 5 at 4 p.m. in Greene Chapel on the Hendrix College campus. Caballero, a alto, is a sophomore at Hendrix.

The Candlelight Carol Service, now in its 47th year, presents the Christmas story through Scripture lessons and music. All services are free and open to the public, but reservations are required. Reservations will be accepted through Dec. 3 by calling (501) 450-1495.

Off-campus services will also be presented Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas, and Friday, Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Little Rock, Ark. No reservations are required for the tour services.

The choir will perform under the direction of Dr. Nancy Fleming, professor of music, who joined the music faculty at Hendrix in 1986.
